PACKAGING: To guarantee freshness, all cookies are baked to order. Cookies will be individually bagged and heat sealed in clear cellophane bags, for freshness. As long as they remain sealed in their bags at room temperature they will remain soft and delicious for about 4 weeks. To protect damage in transit, the bagged cookies will also be individually wrapped with a layer of bubble wrap and fit snugly in a sturdy shipping carton.
SHIPPING (Flat Rate $9.95): We ship UPS & USPS 2-day Priority mail and they usually arrive in 2-3 days. *** BUT NOT GUARANTEED!*** I cannot be held responsible for postal errors. I package each order with the utmost care, but cannot control how the package is treated once out of my hand. So once the order is shipped I am not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs with USPS handling.
RETURNS/ REFUNDS: All Hot Cocoa Bombs are made to order and perishable. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In addition, no refunds will be given due to breakage in transit.
